Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging when applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse
How to Return
To initiate a return:

- Receive return authorization and shipping label
- Package items securely
- Ship using provided label
Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return labels for defective items or our errors. Customer-initiated returns may be subject to return shipping fees.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Items are inspected within 2-3 business days
- Refunds are processed to original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as returns and new orders. Please contact customer service for assistance with exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:

- We will provide immediate replacement or refund
